This $3.5 million tenant improvement project consisted of the construction of a two level retail outlet including major structural improvements and high-end interior finishes with strict noise restraints under an aggressive schedule. A major challenge on this project was to accommodate the unknown existing site conditions inside a significant heritage structure while still adhering to the compressed schedule. Sanjay overcame these challenges by identifying known and potential site issues and simultaneously proposing solutions to the design team thereby minimizing impact to the completion date. Sanjay worked diligently with the Owner and Consultants to overcome these issues, which were more challenging than usual as they were spread between San Francisco, New York and Paris.
